Windows Mobile & Symbian OS
There are many mobiles with Symbian Operating System. The Symbian OS has got a market share of 60%. It has brought a great impact on the Windows Mobile Operating System. Symbian mobiles are mainly made by Nokia, the industry leader in mobile market. As the price of the Windows Mobile license is very high many people are preferring the Symbian OS. There are also some mobiles working on the Linux platform. But they are not much competition to Symbian and Windows Mobile OS. Google is planning to unleash Linux-based Android very soon on Motorola handsets. May be the Google OS will bring some impact on the mobile Operating Systems. Sony Ericcson is planning to release Xperia with Windows Mobile.
