Opera mini
For most web browsing I use the built in S60 browser. However, some websites, such as the BBC News one, detect you are using a mobile, and give you some crappy cut down version of their website, thinkning you own a Motorola RAZR or something. For these instances, I use Opera Mini, which gets around this. It is also useful if you are not on a data plan, as the amount of data transferred to your phone whilst web browsing is significantly reduced.
