PlainEdit
PlainEdit is a text editor for ANSI and ASCII files. PlainEdit supports syntax highlightning for the most script- and programming-languages like PHP, HTML, JS, VBS, CSS, VB, Pascal, C etc. Text can converted to various formats and templates helps by the creation of documents.
Writes settings to: Application folder
How to extract: Download the RAR package and extract to a folder of your choice. Launch PlainEdit.exe. When first launched, select “Use with an USB device” so that settings will be written to the application folder.
